Suggestions for you
A special note to my clients in southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois:
Personal growth and real change in your life are most likely to take place when you make a strong commitment to your growth and healing. It is best to invest in a variety of resources to increase the power and synergy of the process of change. Most of all, whatever method you use, it is best when you want to change and you trust the people who are guides in your change process.
These resources may include a psychotherapist who has expertise in the problem that you wish to address, organized and informal support groups, psychotherapy groups, trusted friends, coaches, healing centers, hotlines and online resources.
Activities such as journaling, meditation, contemplation, yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, educational classes, guided imageries and reading self-help books -- and following the suggestions within -- can greatly increase your growth.
If you wish to find a new psychotherapist for yourself, you may wish to:
If you would like to take part in the remaining classes, programs or other events at Lake House Healthy and Learning Center before June 30, see calendar. Be sure to reserve your seat so we know that you are attending.
