Karen Carnabucci, LCSW, TEP, is the founder, director and main faculty member of the Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Psychotherapies in Lancaster, Pa.
She designs the training programming for the school, currently online, and identifies the learning needs of current and prospective trainees. Karen has been studying, practicing, writing about and teaching experiential psychotherapies and action methods since 1989. Find information about Karen here. Joanne Rohrer Morton, ACSW, LSW, provides hospitality and other support services for trainings at the Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Psychotherapies. She has more than 35 years of experience working in diverse settings such as community mental health, home health, hospice and life-planning communities and has expertise in phase of life concerns, living with illness, unresolved grief and loss, anxiety, depression and relationship issues.

Trella Dubetz, MFA, LMT, has dedicated more than 27 years to supporting others on their healing and creative journeys.
Her trauma-informed bodywork practice integrates Dr. John Upledger’s CranioSacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release and is informed by training with Dr. Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing Institute, the Trager® Approach and Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry. She has dedicated years to the healing work of land restoration, creating her program "Speed of the Land" as restorative somatic practice, and is the steward of Phoenix Farm, an evolving collaborative farm entity in southcentral Pennsylvania that centers indigenous values, historical context, native plants and edibles, and learning spaces that include workshops and gatherings. Kurt Oster, LBS, LICSW-S, LCSW-QS, RPT, provides play therapy training hours for a selected number of trainings offered by the Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Psychotherapies as approved provider No. 24-726 by the Association for Play Therapy.
He specializes in play therapy, expressive arts, and sand tray therapy and is licensed to practice as a Behavioral Specialist in Pennsylvania and a Clinical Social Worker in Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania,Texas and Virginia. Rich Wilson takes the important role of office and financial manager and information technology advisor for the Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Psychotherapies.
He makes sure that the computers and other devices run smoothly and maintains business financial records and advises, updates and repairs technology as needed. |
Gisele Silva, LMT, BCST, is an adjunct instructor for the Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Psychotherapies. She incorporates her extensive training in various modalities in massage therapy and somatic bodywork to bring healing and restoration to people who have suffered physical, emotional and energetic trauma.
In addition to holding the credential of Licensed Massage Therapist, she is certified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist and an Alchemical Alignment practitioner and teacher assistant and recently brought Alchemical Alignment to her native country of Brazil. She is also an advanced student in Somatic Experiencing. Her work focuses on processing traumatic memory, calming the nervous system and releasing traumatic shock from the body to restore alignment in the body’s anatomy and physiology, which regenerates the body’s original potential. After spending almost three decades training and studying healing arts in both her native country of Brazil and the United States, she established her practice in Lancaster, Pa., in 2016. She has particularly worked with head trauma, including people who have suffered concussions, as well as those who have experienced pre-birth, birth and psychological trauma. Linda Ciotola, M.Ed., TEP, is an adjunct instructor for the Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Psychotherapies. A nationally board-certified TEP -- trainer, educator and practitioner of psychodrama, group psychotherapy and sociometry-- she has extensive skills as a health education specialist, lifestyle counseling coach, yoga instructor and personal trainer and Reiki Master teacher.
She is certified as a trainer in the Therapeutic Spiral Model, an adapted model o psychodrama for survivors of trauma and pioneered a video training program for professionals to work with trauma survivors. She is the co-author with Karen of the book Healing Eating Disorders with Psychodrama and Other Action Methods: Beyond the Silence and the Fury, and has written journal articles and other articles with Karen on a variety of topics.
