Roles and Energies: Making Movement When Life Seems Stuck
We know about how it feels to be stuck – but how do we get “unstuck”?
This professional training workshop, with Karen Carnabucci, LCSW, TEP, will demonstrate how psychodrama, Family Constellations and mindfulness combine, each in its special way, to create positive forward movement in our lives and the lives of our clients. The workshop takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, July 14, at the Samaritan Counseling Center, 1803 Oregon Pike, Lancaster. We observe how many of our problems originate with our ancestors and how we can become entangled in inter-generational pain and trauma, creating certain roles that become rigid and inhibiting.. Karen will demonstrate how using the psychodramatic warm up, plus the valuable Family Constellations’ principles of Orders of Love, we can move to a place of greater flow and inner peace. In addition, as interest of participants permits, she will show how the combination of methods, sometimes additionally combined with Tarot or oracle cards and art, the absolute most powerful in guiding people through difficult places to a place of greater flow and inner peace. How to register
Tuition is $85 (before July 11, $95 after) and will include six CE credits for social workers, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors and addiction counselors, plus psychodrama credits, handouts and healthy snacks.
Early registration is recommended.
