​I'm Karen. I teach social workers, psychotherapists, health professionals, educators, coaches, group leaders and activists how to create community, promote healthy change and and support healing with experiential and embodied activities.

For more than 30 years, I’ve witnessed the profound transformation that alternative and experiential therapies can bring. Approaches like psychodrama, Family Constellations, and other action-based methods consistently help people shift old patterns, deepen insight, and reconnect with themselves and others in ways that traditional talk doesn’t always reach.
Inspired by those results, I founded the Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Psychotherapies — a continuing education hub for professionals who want to learn embodied, creative, and community-centered ways of working.
