Hello there.  I'm Karen Carnabucci. I've seen such great success in the past 30 years with alternative  psychotherapies and action methods -- including psychodrama, Family Constellations and more --  that I started the Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Psychotherapies. 

This school for adult and continuing education teaches these embodied methods support connections and community, deepen inner wisdom and enhance relationships. Such results don't always happen with traditional talk, although these methods are easily integrated into conventional talk psychotherapy, coaching, consulting, education, law and other disciplines.
