Thinking about the past year? Here is a way to make a good end to 2016:
Remember all of the painful and difficult experiences that took place. Write these experiences in your journal (or on a piece of paper if you don't keep a journal) and say one by one, “I acknowledge and agree that this happened.” If you wish, light a candle to recognize all these events.
Notice how you feel in your body when you make this acknowledgement.
